DDA Housing Scheme: DDA (Delhi Development Authority) Scheme is a scheme under which DDA builds small and affordable flats. The flats are constructed for small families located in Delhi. 22nd December 2021: DDA invites application for DDA Special Housing Scheme -2021. Interested candidates can apply from 23rd December 2021 to 7th January 2022.

Eligibility Requirements

To avail of the benefits of this scheme, applicants must fulfill the eligibility criteria given below:

• Applicants must be of Indian Nationality and his/ her age must not be less than 18 years.
• It is mandatory that the applicant must not own any residential full/ part plot area of 67 square meters in Delhi, Delhi Cantonment, and New Delhi. This condition is applicable to the applicant’s spouses and other applicants including unmarried children.
• Spouses can apply for the DDA housing scheme individually. If both are declared successful, then only one flat will be allocated. Two people are also eligible to apply under ‘joint applicant’.
• The income criteria are only applicable for the EWS category. The annual income for EWS applicants should not exceed Rs 3 lakh and their household income must be Rs 10 lakh.
• All the applicants must own a bank account and a valid PAN card.

• Applicants can online apply online mode for DDA Housing Scheme. All interested applicants have to visit the official website of the DDA Housing Scheme- dda.org.in.
• Applicants are required to create a unique username and password to apply for the scheme.
• Applicants need to deposit the registration charges and once the application is submitted it cannot be withdrawn.
