AP DEECET is commonly known as “Andhra Pradesh Diploma in Elementary Education Common Entrance Test”. Eligibility Criteria
- The candidate should be Indian National
- Those who have completed their 10+2 or its equivalent examination from the board of Andhra Pradesh/ Telangana are only permitted to appear for the exam
- Students have completed 17 years of age
- There shall be no upper age limit.
- Applicants must belong to the state of Andhra Pradesh
Steps to fill out AP DEECET Application Form
- After satisfying the eligibility criteria candidates are advised to fill out the online application form through online mode only.
- The application process comprises two phases i.e. Filling up Online Applications and Application fee payment.
- Visit the official website of the Government of Andhra Pradesh School of Education Department
- Read the commands to fill up the form very carefully
- Fill all the information in the application form properly
- Upload the scanned photo and signature
- After filling in all the information and uploading photograph and signature, you need to click on the Submit button
- Candidates are advised to pay the fee as per the category
- The application fee must be deposited through online mode (Credit Card/ Debit Card/ Net Banking)
- At the end take the printout of the application form for future reference.
AP DEECET 2023 Admit Card
Hall tickets will be available in the first week of April 2023. Admit card is a very significant document. Without admit, cards students are not permitted to appear for the entrance examination. Students can download the admit card online mode only. Admit cards hold the details like Exam Centre, Name, Hall Ticket Number, Exam Timing, Exam Venue, etc.
Exam Pattern
The exam is conducted online mode only in 13 districts of Andhra Pradesh. The Paper is divided into two different parts i.e. Part A and Part B.
- AP DEECET gets conducted through online mode only
- The entrance test comprises 100 objective type multiple choice questions
- The time duration to complete the exam is 2 hours 30 minutes.
- For each correct answer, 1 mark will be given to the students.
- No negative markings for incorrect answers.
- The question paper will be available in different languages such as in Telugu/ English or Urdu/ English and Tamil/ English only.
