Eligibility Criteria
- Students must hold Indian Nationality.
- Students studying in High school and have secured an aggregate of 55% marks in their Class 10th having English, Hindi, Social Science, Science, and Sanskrit or third language subjects can apply for this exam.
- The minimum marks required for reserved category students are 50%.
- Only regular students can apply for the NTSE application form. This implies that distance or open school students are not eligible for this exam.
- Applicants must not be more than 18 years of age at the time of the NTSE examination.
NTSE Rajasthan 2023 Application Form
- First of all download the application form of NTSE from the official website –rajeduboard.rajasthan.gov.in.
- In the application form, enter all your required credentials as asked.
- Also attach your passport-sized photographs, a photocopy of the category certificate in case a candidate belongs to reserved categories i.e.SC, ST, PH, etc.

Selection Procedure
The selection process of NTSE comprises of a total of two stages. The State/ UT conducts the first stage selection and the second stage selection will be held at the national level organized by the NCERT. All the two stages are given below:
- State Level: State level exam includes a total of two parts: Part-I which is Mental Ability Test (MAT) and Part-II which is Scholastic Aptitude Test (SAT) to choose the applicants conducted by NCERT.
- National Level Exam: The nominated candidates by the UTs/ States will be based on the screening exam eligible to take part in the National level exam to be conducted by the NCERT tentatively in the month of May.
