About the Scholarship

The three departments of the Yogi Government offer these scholarships- the Department of Social Welfare, Minority Welfare and Waqf Department, and the State Backward Welfare Department. The scholarship schemes are for the students of Class 9th to Ph.D. level or above. Through these scholarships, Uttar Pradesh Government is taking a great initiative for helping aspiring students to pursue their further education. • Applicant must be of Indian nationality and hold a domicile certificate of Uttar Pradesh.
• Students of class 9th and 10th can apply under UP Pre Matric Scholarship.

Scholarship Selection Process

The concerned authority will select the students for the scholarship on the basis of/her academic performance in the past examination and their financial requirements.
