AAI ATC Recruitment 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The candidates who will be successful in satisfying the below mentioned eligibility criteria will be eligible for the recruitment process:
Educational Qualification
- Aspirant should possess a full- time regular bachelors’ degree in Science (B.Sc.) with Physics and Mathematics as compulsory subjects. OR
- A full- time regular bachelor’s degree in Engineering in any discipline is required in order to be eligible. (Physics & Mathematics must be the mandatory subjects in any one of the semesters curriculum).
Age Limit
- The age of the aspirant should be 27 years as on the date of recruitment.
Experience
- No experience is required for AAI ATC Recruitment
Note: It is mandatory for the candidate to posses with minimum proficiency in both spoken and written English of 12th level (the candidate must have cleared English subject either in 10th or 12th standard)

Salary Details
A AAI Junior Executive gets INR 40000-3%- 140000 as per pay band E-1. Along with the basic pay, the selected candidates for AAI JE position will also be eligible for Dearness Allowance, Perks @ 35% of salary, HRA and other allowances which include CPF, Social security Schemes, Gratuity, Medical benefits etc. as per the rules and regulations of AAI. The per annum CTC for the position of Junior Executive would be approximately Rs. 12 lakhs.
