Citizens wishing to take part in Amarnath Yatra and visit South Kashmir’s pilgrimage are suggested to do the registration for the same on its official website. The official authority of Jammu and Kashmir Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board has not provided the exact schedule yet, however it is speculated that the registration will most probably begin from first week of April to the last week of May 2023 (tentatively).

Registration Process

In order to apply, candidates are suggested to follow the guidelines below;

• To register, first go to the official website of i.e.- jksasb.nic.in
• On the homepage of the website, the registration form will open in front of you.

• You will be redirected to a new page.
• Now, click on the button that says ‘I agree’.

• After filling all the details, click on submit option.

Amarnath Yatra 2023 Registration Fees

Individuals who wish to visit Amarnath needs to pay necessary amount of registration fees i.e. ₹150/- on the official website of Jammu and Kashmir Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board @ jksasb.nic.in. Without paying the registration fees, the registration of an individual will be incomplete. One can use various payment methods such as Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking and UPI. The Registration Fee will have to be paid during the online registration form after providing all the requisite particulars and uploading the requested scan copy of documents and certificates that are required in the form. Every single person pilgrimage of a group must make the payment of ₹150 as the Registration Fee.

Age Limit for the Pilgrims

Before completing the registration, one must get the information regarding the eligibility criteria in terms of age limit. Those individuals who are below 13 years and above 75 years are allowed to visit the pilgrimage of Amarnath. A woman who is even six week pregnant is not eligible to take part in the Amarnath Yatra.
