IHM Pusa Admission 2023: IHM Pusa provides admission to the eligible candidates in B. Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration, Diploma in Bakery and Confectionery, Diploma in Food and Beverage Service, Craftsmanship Course in Food Production, M.Sc. Hospitality Administration and PG Diploma in Dietetics and Hospital Food Service course.

In IHM Delhi, admission to B.Sc. and M.Sc. depends on the National Council of Hotel Management and Catering Technology Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE ) which is organized by the National Testing Agency. While admission to Diploma and PG diploma is granted on the basis of the candidate’s  merit in the qualifying examination. To get admission to B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospital Administration, applicant need to pass class 12th with a minimum of 50% marks. English should be compulsory subject in the qualifying examination. Admission in M.Sc. Hospital Administration requires a candidate to have obtained a bachelor’s degree in hotel management/ hotel and hospital Administration from a recognized university. IHM Pusa Admission 2023 Eligibility Criteria

• For admission to certificate course, candidates need to clear 10th or 10+2 with 50% marks in aggregate from a recognized board.
• To get admission to Diploma courses, applicants are required to pass 10+2 from a recognized board with English as a mandatory subject along with 50% aggregate marks.
• Admission to PG Diploma Courses is based on the candidates qualification of Bachelor’s degree with 50% aggregate marks.
• The candidates who wish to get admission in B.Sc. in Hotel and Hospital Administration should pass 12th class from a recognized board with 50% aggregate marks and English as one of the core subjects.
• Candidates applying for M. Sc in Hospitality Administration should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or HHA from a recognized university with 50% aggregate marks and English as one of the core subject.

IHM Pusa Admission 2023 Application Form

• To apply for admission candidates have to visit the college to collect prospectus/ brochure and the application form.
• Fill out the entire form correctly and attach all the required documents in originals as well as three photocopies of
  10th and 10+2 mark sheet and passing certificate, Migration and Character certificate, NCHMCT-JEE Admit Card, NCHMCT-JEE Fee Receipt, NCHMCT-JEE Score Card, Caste certificate (if applicable), Medical Certificate, Proof of annual parental income from all sources (in case of SC candidates and TFW quota candidates, 5 Coloured Photographs, UG Degree Mark Sheet.
• Pay the nominal amount of fee to complete the application form.

Note: Total Fee payable at the time of admission for Diploma, PG Diploma, B.Sc., M.Sc. and Certificate course are INR 44,000, INR 55, 400,  85, 333, INR 75, 000, and INR 40, 400 per annum respectively as per the guidelines laid down by the Govt. of India.

Selection Criteria

Diploma and PG Diploma:

• Selections to Diploma and PG Diploma are done on the basis of merit scored in the qualifying exam.
• The final selection to Diploma, PG Diploma, and Certificate courses will also be premised on the availability of seats.
• Reservations are offered to OBC/ SC/ ST and other categories according to the reservation guidelines set by the Govt. of India.

B.Sc.: 

• Candidates will get shortlisted on the basis of their performance in the NCHMCT-JEE exam.
• Reservations are offered to OBC/ SC/ ST and other categories according to the reservation guidelines set by the Govt. of India.
• The maximum age limit set for the students of the reserved category is 25 years, while general category candidates can apply till 22 years as of July 1, 2023.

M. Sc in Hospitality Administration:

• Selections to M.Sc. in Hospitality Administration is completely entrance-based. Selection for this course  will be based on the performance of candidates in the NCHMCT-JEE exam.
• Reservations are offered to OBC/ SC/ ST and other categories according to the guidelines set by the Govt. of India.
• The maximum age limit set for students belonging to reserved category is 25 years, and general category students can apply till 22 years as of July 1, 2023.
