Kedarnath Helicopter Services 2023 Terms & Conditions
Helicopter booking will only be confirmed upon the full payment and list of the name of all the passengers with their age and weight details.
The booking and ticket will not be transferred and any change in name is not allowed further.
All the passengers will have to possess and show any of their government Identity Card at the helipad.
Ticket prices will be decided and permitted by the Government of Uttarakhand and if there will be any change in prices or contract, then the refund will be settled by the passenger or organization appropriately.
For passengers having weight more than 85kg, additional charge Rs 150/ kg will apply.
For same day return, passenger will get only 2 hrs for Kedarnath darshan. Apart from this they have to buy Priority Dharshan slip of Rs.1100/ per person or 2100 for 4 passengers issued by Shri Kedarnath Ji Mandir Samiti obtainable at helipad.
For children above 2 years, full charges will be applied. No 10% and seat charge will be taken for infant less than 2 years.
Children, senior citizen, ladies and two way passengers will get the first priority over one way passengers.
Each passenger will have to reach at given reporting time.
A passenger can carry max 3 kg single piece baggage.
If in any case flight gets cancelled for the day, then the priority will be given to the next day passenger over previous day ones.
Cancellation Charges
If tickets are cancelled on any date before the date of flying, then the cancellation charges will be Rs 1200 per passenger.
In case of no show or tickets are cancelled on the date of flying then there will be no refund.
For refund of ticket amount due to bad weather, a passenger needs to get his/ her ticket stamped as cancelled at helipad counter. The refund will be processed only after the submission of copy of stamped cancelled ticket.
Note: For finalizing booking, it is important to provide name, age and weight details of passengers.
