- Standard V – 8 years 9 months to 10 years 3 months
- Standard VI – 9 years 9 months to 11 years 3 months
- VII – 10 years 9 months to 12 years 3 months
- VIII- 11 years 9 months to 13 years 3 months
- IX – 12 years 9 months to 14 years 3 months
- XI – 14 years 9 months to 16 years 3 months
- No Admission in standard X & XII being Board Classes.
Lawrence School Admission Procedure
All children between the ages of 9 and 16 are welcome to attend the School, regardless of their socioeconomic background, faith, or country. Children wishing admission into Classes V, VI, and VII must be enrolled by the 31st of October. Sanawar, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Kolkata, Lucknow, Hyderabad, Guwahati, Kathmandu, and Dubai have entrance examinations for these courses on the second Sunday of November.
- For admission into Classes VIII, IX, and XI, a restricted set of submissions may be evaluated against specific openings. Only if there are openings, pupils will be invited for an Entrance test/ interview on the second Sunday of February (for class XI in April following the Class X Board Examination). Sanawar is where these examinations and personal interviews take place. In Classes X and XII, there are no admissions. Please keep in mind that enrollment for one year is not transferring to another.
- On the grounds of the written examination results, a ranking list is created. Candidates are summoned to the School for a personal interview with the Principal based on the number of students to be accepted. To be qualified for the personal contact, a required to pass all subjects with a grade of 40 percent.
- Depending on the individual interview, a student is given a grade out of 100. Social skills, involvement in games and other extracurricular activities, and academic performances are all highly valued at the school. Throughout their interview, individuals who excel in one or more of these areas are given special attention. After that, a final merit list is created, which includes all of the aforementioned elements (written tests and personal interaction).
