Eligibility Requirements

Those applicants are going to apply for the MMST Entrance Examination; they must need to check the eligibility norms which are provided below:

• Those candidates who have qualified MBBS Degree [recognized by the Medical Council of India (MCI)] with at least 55% aggregate marks can take up this exam.
• They should be separately qualified in Mathematics subject in class 12th (even as an additional subject).
• Candidates belonging to reserved categories such as SC/ ST/ OBC (non-creamy layer) candidates and Persons with Disability (PwD) as per Govt. of India rules will be offered relaxations.

MMST 2023 Application Form

Step-by-step guidelines/instructions are given below for MMST Application Process:

• Candidates are required to fill out the application form via demand draft only.
• In order to apply online, applicants need to search the link for “Apply Now” and begin the application form filling.
• In the same, they will have to fill in the required details such as the Demand Draft number, Bank name, etc. for the payment info.
• Once the form filling is done, attach the non-attested photograph in JPG format. The specifications of the photograph (width and height) should be 3.5cm and 4.5cm respectively.
• The application form must be submitted within the specified time and post the submission, a PDF document of the online application will be generated with specific details, photos, data, and signatures.
• Submit the application form and generate the fee receipt, and keep it secure for further uses.

Exam Pattern

• The MMST 2023 exam will consist of objective-type questions (Multiple Choice Questions).
• The test needs to be completed within 2 hours only.
• A total of 120 questions will be there out of which 75 questions are assigned for the MBBS syllabus.
• All the remaining questions will cover the 12^th level syllabus i.e. questions from Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
• Each correct answer will be allotted one mark and each wrong answer will have a negative 0.25 mark.

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur will make the result for MMST 2023 accessible on its official website and those applicants who have taken the MMST Entrance Examination can check their results online mode by visiting the official website of MMST.

After submitting the login credentials, applicants can access their results and they also have to take a hard copy of the result for future references.

MMST Counselling Session

The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kharagpur commences the counseling process to enroll the eligible candidates in the course.

Finalized candidates will see their names on the merit list; they will be invited to the counseling process at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. On the allotted schedule, applicants have to be present in person and carry certain documents for the verification process. On the basis of marks scored by the candidates in the entrance examination, document verification, and availability of seats, seat allotment will be done.

Upon the successful completion of the seat allotment process, students have to physically report to the institute, pay the admission fee, and after that, the academic session will be commenced.
