UP B.Ed. Syllabus 2023, Examination Pattern, Paper 1, Paper II, Subjects Covered in the Exam, Questions and Marks Distribution

UP B.Ed. Syllabus 2023: Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly will publish the examination pattern and syllabus for UP B.Ed. 2023 on their official website very soon. Along with the syllabus, the official notification will also be released. The exam syllabus for UP B.Ed. is different for both UP B.Ed. Paper 1 and UP B.Ed. Paper 2. If you are going to appear in the UP B.Ed. exam, then you must be aware of the exam pattern and syllabus for UP B.Ed. Entrance Exam. With the help of UP B.Ed. entrance exam syllabus, an aspirant must be well versed about the important topics, number of sections, section-wise distribution of questions and marks in the exam.

Students must know that the UP B.Ed. paper is divided into 2 parts i.e. Paper I and Paper II. Paper I covers sections like English/ Hindi, general knowledge and  Paper II includes the remaining topics based on science, commerce and arts. The weightage is 25% for all the subjects included in UP B.Ed. JEE Exam. Please note that Paper I is compulsory, and Paper II is subject-oriented. Candidates will get the choice to choose their subject at the time of filling UP B.Ed. JEE application form.

According to the exam pattern of UP B.Ed. JEE 2023, both paper I and Paper II should be solved in 3 hours, i.e. a total of 6 hours. Each correct answer carry 2 marks, while there will be a deduction of 1/3 marks for each incorrect answer. We advise the candidates to download the .UP B.Ed. UP B.Ed. Exam Pattern 2023

To qualify for UP B.Ed. Entrance Examination 2023, the students should gain proper knowledge about its exam pattern, marking scheme, subjects in paper, total no. of questions, time duration, and other details. In the below section, we have discussed UP B.Ed. 2023 Exam Pattern for both Paper I and Paper II:

  • UP B.Ed. Entrance Exam 2023 paper will have two sections- Paper 1 and Paper 2
  • Paper 1 involves two subjects and Paper 2 comprises of three subjects.
  • Candidates will get 2 marks for each correct answer, while they will also lose 1/3rd mark for each incorrect answer.
  • Each paper must be solved under 3 hours of duration.
  • Each paper comprises of 100 Multiple Choice Questions, each having four options.
  • The exam will take place through offline mode which is written method.
