Super Teacher Eligibility Test also known as Super TET is a state level examination which is organized to recruit eligible candidates for the post of teaching at the primary and secondary stages for government schools. Eligibility Requirements
For UP Assistant Teacher
Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary and 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized board of education.
OR
A Graduation (or its equivalent) degree with at least 50% marks and Bachelor in Education (B.Ed.) degree is required.
OR
D.El.Ed/ BTC from UP Government Institution.
OR
A 4- year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) degree.
OR
4 Year BA/B.Sc. Ed or BA.Ed/B.Sc. Ed
OR
Graduation with at least 50 % marks and 1-year B.Ed (Special Education) degree is required.
For Principal
Candidates must have passed Senior Secondary and 2- year Diploma in Elementary Education from a recognized board of education.

A bachelor’s degree (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks along with a Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) degree.

SUPER TET 2023 Application Process
- First of all, go to the authorised web page of UP Board i.e. www.updeled.gov.in.
- Read all the complete guidelines and instructions mentioned in the information brochure carefully.
- Fill out the complete registration form carefully with all the required particulars in the appropriate manner.
- Once the registration form is completely filled, registration id will be generated on the candidate’s valid email or phone. These can be used for future references by the candidate.
- For login purpose, candidate has to use the generated registration no and date of birth. For login, candidates have to verify the generated credentials with OTP (One time password).
- After successful login applier should fill out the application form carefully and need to provide in all the qualification details in that form.
- Apart from this, also attach/ upload scanned downloaded undertaking format with inked signature of the candidate, passport size photograph and signature.
- Now to complete the application form, candidates have to pay the necessary application fees through online mode and the application will be submitted successfully. The application fees for various categories are as follows:

Pattern of Exam
- The question paper will be holding a total of 150 questions for 1 mark each.
- Negative marking is not applicable for Super TET 2023.
- The Applicants have to qualify this test with the minimum marks and only the qualified applicants of CTET/ UPTET can take part in this exam.
- Only qualified candidates will receive certifications for the same.
- The exam duration for Super TET will be 2.5 hours.

Results
The Uttar Pradesh Basic Education Board will be accountable to declare the results of the Super TET Exam 2023 on its main website after a month later the exam is conducted successfully.
