Eligibility Criteria
- Wards/wives of serving Army personnel.
- Wards/wives of Ex-Army personnel awarded/awarded regular retirement pension, family pension, relaxed family pension, disability pension at the time of their retirement pension, discharge, demise, free up medical board / invalided medical board. This includes the wards of employees on medical grounds boarded out and granted disability pension.
- Wives/wards of Ex-Army personnel who have taken the liberation after ten years of service.
- Step Children/ Adopted and Children of Remarried Widows.
- Adopted Child of Army personnel (must be adopted at least five years before seeking admission).
- Step Children are eligible as long as their parents used to belong to the Army.
- Children of Widows of Army personnel who have been born as a result of a second marriage to the Army personnel are eligible. On The Other Hand, children of widows of Army personnel born out of remarriage with Non – Army personnel cannot apply for admission.
Eligibility Criteria (Special Cases)
Wards of Ex-Army Medical Corps Officers/ Dental Corps Officers/ Army that are currently serving with IAF/ IN. Wards of only those ex-Army medical officers / Army Dental officers serving with the Indian Air Force or Indian Navy who have served the Army for 10 years are eligible.
