Before applying for admission, the applicants are suggested to make sure they satisfy the eligibility criteria. Check the points below:
- Applicants can register and apply online on the official website.
- Any incomplete details in the application form will lead to the cancellation of the candidature.
- No application form will be accepted without the application fee payment.
- Candidates should avoid filling multiple forms and fill in all the details correctly.

- Class IX: Student must reside in Delhi and has passed class VIII from any Govt. /Govt Aided Schools in Delhi.
- Class XI: Student should reside in Delhi and has cleared Class- X in Academic Session 2020-21, as well as Class IX in the Academic Year 2019-20 from any government/ government-aided recognized school in Delhi.
NOTE: For admission to class XI there will be a common Entrance/Screening Test. However, a separate merit list will also be released for each of the schools of Excellence.

Exam Pattern
Exam Pattern for Class 9:
- The Entrance Test will have all Objective type questions
- The questions will be asked from numerical & mental ability, Language Comprehension, General Knowledge, and Descriptive type in English and Hindi.
- The exam must be completed in 2 hr 20 min.
- There will be no negative marking in the exam.
