Delhi Technological University Previously, the institute was known as the Delhi College of Engineering. DTU Admission 2023 will be regulated by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC) in order to admit candidates in B.Tech and B.Arch courses. However, admission in various other courses such as Ph.D., B.Tech LE, B.Tech Evening, and M.Tech will be provided through DTU only. It must be noted that the institute will not conduct any separate entrance exams. Their admission will be finalized only on the basis of their academic scores. Therefore, candidates have to apply for the admission process within the due span of time.
Delhi Technological University grants admission into a total of 48 programs. DTU will enroll all the eligible candidates in various undergraduate and postgraduate courses including B.A. (Hons), BBA, B.Tech, B.Des, M.Des, M.Tech. and M.Sc. courses offered by the university. The admission to B.Tech courses will be made based on candidates’ scores in JEE Main Exam. Moreover, for admission to the B.Des course, the university accepts UCEED scores. For BBA and BA (Hons) courses, the candidate’s score in the last qualifying exam will be considered. For postgraduate courses such as M.Tech, Delhi Technological University will grant admission on a GATE score.

Eligibility Requirements
For UG admission:
The candidate must pass class 12th board examination with a minimum of 50% and must have studied PCM as their main subject from a recognized institute in India.
For PG Admission:
Entrants holding a valid degree in the concerned discipline can fill up the application form for admission in PG programs.
For B.Tech Admission:
Admission to B.Tech courses at Delhi Technological University will be done through JEE Main exam. The candidate must submit the JEE Main score in the DTU counseling process.
For M.Tech Admission:
Admission to M.Tech courses will be provided on the basis of the GATE exam. The candidate has to submit his/ her GATE scores.
For P.HD Admission
Individuals who possess a UG degree in Engineering and Technology with having 75% total marks (in each semester) and if the candidate holds excellent research ability, then they are eligible.
DTU Admission 2023 Admission Process
Delhi Technological University will release its application form for the academic session 2023- 24 on various exam dates depending on the course the applicant will apply for. Therefore, we request the candidates to stay updated regarding DTU Exam Dates 2023. However, some general guidelines related to DTU 2023 Application Form are given below for the reference of appliers:
- Admission to BBA and BA (Hons) Economics courses offered by Delhi Technological University is based on the performance of students in the qualifying examinations.
- Admission to B. Tech (Regular) course depends on a valid score in JEE Main followed by Joint Admission Counselling (JAC).
- DTU will organize its own entrance test namely the Common Entrance Examination (CEE) to grant admission in programs such as B.Tech (Lateral) and B.Tech (Evening).
- Admission to B.Des. the course will be finalized on UCEED Scores.
- For the M.Tech course, the Candidate should hold a valid score in GATE Exam.
- MBA admission will totally depend on a valid score in CAT followed by GD and Personal Interview.
- Ph.D. admission will be made on the basis of a Screening Test and Personal Interview conducted by Delhi Technological University.
- Candidates who have qualified DBT/ JRF/ UGC NET/ CSIR NET are exempted to appear for the Screening Test but they have to participate in the interview round.
Application Fee
The candidate will have to make the necessary payment of the registration fee which is Rs. 1400 for JAC Counselling.
Mode of Payment:
- Online Mode: DTU 2023 Registration Fee Online Gateway includes debit card/ credit card/ net banking.
- Offline Mode: In order to pay the JAC Registration fee via offline mode, candidates have to use the challan method.
Results
The candidates awaiting the results are informed that the outcome will be declared by the Delhi Technological University on a particular date and time. The result will be announced along with the scorecard.
