Factors Determining Cut Off
- DU best of four: The official authorities of the University of Delhi prepare the cut-off by calculating the highest marks of one language and the three best elective subjects scored by students in the intermediate examination.
- Allocated seats: Availability of seats also plays an important factor in determining the cut-off. The official cannot offer admission exceeding the set number of seats for courses.
- The number of applications: The cut-off preparation also deals with the number of applications received every year by the university. If the number of applications received is huge, then the chances of cut-offs being higher would be there.
- DU NCWEB cut off trend: It is very less expected that the NCWEB DU cut off 2023 trend will significantly change; until or unless the university lists some genuine reasons to change the existing pattern. The cutoff of previous years also plays an important role in determining the cut-off for the current year.
