IBPS PO 2024: IBPS (Institute of Banking Personnel Selection) is going to regulate the recruitment exam for the post of PO (Probationary Officer) in IBPS Participating Banks across India. Individuals aspiring to join banking services must apply for this exam. IBPS directs and manages recruitment process for the post of Probationary Officers every year in India. All the selected individuals will be appointed for the desired posts in the scheduled banks that come under IBPS. The selection of the candidate is held via three phases i.e. Preliminary Exam, Main Exam and Interview. All these three stages needs to be cleared by the candidates in order to be allotted in one of the IBPS participating banks. Applicants successfully qualifying both Preliminary and Mains Exam will be invited to appear for interview by the officials of IBPS.
The official notification regarding the recruitment of IBPS PO 2024 will likely be available in the month of July- August 2023. The application form for the same will also be released accordingly on the authorized web portal of IBPS.

Eligibility Criteria
- Each applier mandatorily needs to pass certain eligibility requirements as stated below:
- Aspirants should belong to Indian Nationality in order to be eligible for IBPS PO Recruitment 2024.
- The age of the candidates must be between 20 to 30 years as on 1st July, 2024. However, candidates associated with reserved categories will get relaxation in age as per government norms.
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized educational university/ institute is required in order to participate in the recruitment. Candidates of final year who are appearing in the graduation examination can apply for IBPS PO too.
- Aspirants must possess a computer diploma/ certificate or have basic knowledge of computer systems.
- He/ she must hold verbal and written proficiency in the official language of his/ her state or UT.

IBPS PO 2024 Application Process
- Individuals can easily receive the application form at the official website of IBPS which is www.ibps.in.
- After visiting the official website, search for the application form link related to the Application form.
- Provide all accurate data including your personal, professional, educational, communicational, etc. details as asked in the application form.
- Attach or upload your scanned images of passport sized photograph, signature, left thumb impression photo and a photo of a handwritten declaration in accordance with the specifications mentioned.
- Submit the application form and pay the application fee as per the categories.

Interview
Aspirants who have cleared preliminary round will appear for the mains exam. Mains qualifying candidates are then called for a face to face interview comprises of 100 marks. The minimum qualifying mark in the personal interview round is 40% (35% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates).
The interview round will go on for 15-20 minutes long. In the same, a panel of bank officials will ask questions to the participants about themselves, current affairs, general awareness, banking sector, etc. The candidates are suggested to appear for the interview well dressed, confident and bring all vital documents to the interview.
Salary Details
As per the official information, the starting salary of an IBPS PO is Rs. 37, 360 to Rs. 38, 700 monthly. Besides this, they avail:

Results
The Examination Results will be delivered only through online means on the official website of IBPS. It will be published for each stage i.e. preliminary exam, mains exam and interview accordingly on the main web portal.
