Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) is the board that is responsible for organizing the entrance exams for ANM courses in the state of Jharkhand every year.  The notification will be released soon for the same. Candidates must keep in mind that their selection will be based on the Nursing Entrance Competitive Exam. Those candidates who are planning to apply for this must ensure that they are eligible. The application process of Jharkhand ANM 2023 will be regulated in online mode only. Those candidates who successfully clear the Nursing Entrance Competitive Exam will be eligible for admission in the colleges of Jharkhand state.

Eligibility Requirements

For the reference of applicants, we have provided the necessary details regarding the Eligibility Criteria below:

Age criteria: Those applicants who are more than 17 years of age at the time of admission and below than 35 years of age are eligible.

Age Relaxation: Appliers from the reserved categories will get a 5 years of relaxation in the upper age limit.

Educational qualifications:

• Candidates applying for admission in ANM course offered in the university must have completed the HSC exam in any one of the streams- Science, Humanities, Health care science, and Vocational stream from a recognized university or board.
• Students who have cleared class 12^th examination from the National Institute of Open School with Arts or Science will be eligible.

Qualifying marks: Applicants must not obtain less than 40% marks in the qualifying exam.

Appearing applicants: Applicants who are appearing for the current year or final year of HSC are also eligible.

Medical Fitness: The applier shall be medically fit.

Jharkhand ANM Application Form

The application process will be carried out via online mode only. Those candidates who are willing to apply need to fill and submit the application form through the official website before the last date. We have provided the whole process of application below:

• Firstly, eligible candidates are required to visit the authorized website of the Jharkhand Combined Entrance Competitive Examination Board (JCECEB) i.e. jceceb.jharkhand.gov.in.
• Now they have to register by providing some of their basic details such as name, phone number, email address, etc.
• Once the registration is done, candidates will be able to log in using their email address and phone number and can acquire the main application form.
• Applicants will have to fill their complete academic, personal, and contact details after logging in.
• Apart from the provided details, aspirants have to upload scanned images of their left-hand thumb impression, passport size photograph and signature.
• It is also essential to pay the requisite amount application fee while submitting the application form.
• Candidates are told to get a few printouts of the completely submitted application form and fee receipt for future references.

• The application fee is the same for all the participants i.e. Rs. 450/-
• Mode of payment: Application fee can be paid online using a credit card, debit card, or internet banking method.

Exam Paper Pattern

It is compulsory for the applicants to appear for the entrance exam. Hence the paper pattern for the same is given below:

• Exam Mode: Official authorities will be organizing a written (pen and paper-based) entrance exam conducted in offline mode.
• Exam Sections: There will be a total no. of 5 sections in the entrance exam as decided by the authority.
• Questions: The entrance exam will be consist of a total of 150 objective-type questions.
• Exam Duration: Applicants need to answer the entire question paper of the entrance exam within 2 Hours only.
• Language: The Jharkhand ANM entrance exam will be held in English & Hindi language.

Jharkhand ANM Result and Merit List

• The result of the entrance test will be made available online mode only.
• It is important to visit the official website in order to check the result.
• Along with the result, a merit list of selected candidates will also be published by the authorities.
• A merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s scores on the entrance test. Those candidates who will get their names on the merit list will be asked to appear for the counselling process.
