Eligibility Requirements
B.Tech:
The candidate who has passed 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/ Biotechnology with an aggregate of 75% marks is eligible to apply for admission. 65% marks in the case of reserved categories.
BBA:
- The candidate must have passed 12th in any stream with a minimum of 60% marks from a recognized educational board.
- The best three subjects and English will be considered.
- The selection of the candidate will solely be done on a merit basis i.e. marks of the candidate at 10+2 level will be considered.
- The candidate who has the highest score in English will be given first preference.
M.Tech:
The applying candidate must hold a B.Tech/ AIME degree with an aggregate mark of 55%.
MBA:
- A candidate should have passed a valid bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- 60% marks must be there in the UG degree.
- The candidate must have taken the CAT examination.
Documents Required:

- Date of birth certificate/ Class 10th Mark sheet
- Reserved category certificate, if applicable
Ph.D.:
- Electronics and Communication Engineering: Candidate must hold a master’s degree in engineering or technology in ECE with 60% marks.
- Instrumentation and Control Engineering: A degree of M.Tech in ICE with 60% marks is required.
- Manufacturing Processes and Automation Engineering: A degree of M.Tech in MPAE with 60% marks is required.
- Computer Engineering and Information Technology: Candidate should have passed M.Tech degree in the related field with 60% marks to be eligible.
- Biotechnology, Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Management: A degree of M.Tech with at least 70% in the relevant fields of applied sciences is required.
- Humanities and Social Sciences: A Master’s degree in the relevant field/ discipline with 60% marks is required.
NSUT Delhi Application Process
- The application form to apply for any course at NSUT Delhi can easily be acquired from the official website of the same i.e. www.nsut.ac.in.
- Candidates have to fill it with their basic details such as name, father’s name, DOB, email, phone number, address, etc.
- Once the details are completely filled in, the form will ask to upload the documents.
- Candidates are required to attest necessary requisite mark sheets, photographs, signatures, and other documents in the form.
- After that pay the application fee which varies according to the course, the candidate is applying for.
