Board of Secondary Education, Rajasthan invites applications from eligible candidates for REET (Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers). The applications will be available on the official website of the authority. The examination is scheduled to be held in the month of April. The candidates can start their preparation now so that they can perform well in the examination. REET 2024 Selection Procedure

Like, most of the teacher’s eligibility examinations REET selection process will also include two stages. In the first stage, the candidates need to appear for the written test and in the next stage, they need to face an Interview. The qualified candidates of stage I i.e. written test will be called for stage II (Interview).

The candidates who have applied for REET and are positively looking forward to building their career in teaching should start preparing for the exam.

Examination Pattern 

  • There will be no penalty for wrong answers.
  • There will be a total of 150 questions and the total marks will also be 150.
  • The candidates will get 2 hours and 30 minutes to complete the question paper.
  • REET- Level I will be scheduled for teachers of class 1st to 5th, whereas REET-Level II will be held for teachers of class 6th to 8th.

Minimum Qualifying Marks

The applicants need to score a minimum of 60%marks to qualify for the next stage of the selection procedure which is the Interview. You need to score overall qualifying marks to get selected for the next stage and there will be no section-wise qualifying in the exam. As per the NCTE Guidelines, the REET certificate will be valid up to 7 years from the date of certification.

REET 2024 Admit Cards

REET admit cards will be released few days before the examination. The examination authority will release the admit cards in the 2nd week of April 2024 on its official website. The candidates must have downloaded their admit cards to be eligible to sit in the exam.
