State Bank of India carries out a national-level recruitment exam to appoint qualified and eligible candidates for the post of Probationary Officers (PO) in various branches of India. The SBI PO 2024 Exam will take place in three distinct phases-Preliminary examinations, Main examination, and Interviews.

Eligibility Requirements
Educational Qualification
Candidates who possess a graduation degree in any discipline from any University/College recognized by the State/Central Government or its equivalent examination are eligible to apply. Moreover, final year/semester students can also apply but they need to show their final passing certificate/ document.
Age Criteria
The minimum and maximum age of the applicants need to be 21 and 30 years respectively as of April 1st, 2024. Relaxation will be provided in the upper age limit to the applicants belonging to the reserved category for SBI PO Recruitment 2024.

SBI PO 2024 Application Process
Those candidates who are willing to apply for the exam, can visit the authorized web portal of the State Bank of India i.e. www.statebankofindia.com or www.sbi.co.in. In the application form, the applier needs to enter his/ her personal, academic, contact, and other details in a proper manner. After completing this step, they will have to attach or upload scanned copies of their passport photograph and signature as per the mentioned format and size. After filling in all the particulars, it should be submitted along with the required application charges. The fee payment can be made using facilities such as debit card/ credit card/ net banking.

SBI PO 2024 Result
In order to collect the result for the preliminary exam, main exam, and interview round, participants can visit the official portal of SBI i.e. www.sbi.co.in. The final results of SBI PO Recruitment 2024 will be published once the interview and group discussion are commenced. Those candidates who will be nominated in the final results of SBI PO Recruitment 2024 will get appointed for the post of PO in any branch of SBI across India.
Selection Process
The selection process of the aspirants will be completed considering following components:
- SBI PO Recruitment 2024 principally consists of Preliminary Exam, Main Exam, and Group Discussion & Interview. Thus, each round needs to be qualified for the final selection by the participants.
- Aspire candidates should qualify for the preliminary exam based on which only the officials will call them to appear in Main Exam.
- Those who qualify for both SBI Preliminary & Main Exam of the Recruitment Process will be allowed to undergo Group Discussion & Interview Round.
- The merit list of finalized candidates will be decided and prepared based on their performance in the Preliminary Exam and Mains
- Exam.
Post the completion of the Main Exam, the authority will invite the candidates to participate in Group Discussion (GD) or Interview Round.
