AP ADCET (Andhra Pradesh Art and Design Common Entrance Test) is an entrance examination for admission to bachelor’s degrees in applied arts, fine arts (painting), sculpture, photography, animation, and other courses in the state of Andhra Pradesh. Dr. YSR Architecture and Fine Arts University Kadapa are hosting the AP ADCET 2023 on behalf of the Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education. It will be conducted online. The test will last 120 minutes in total and will be administered online.

AP ADCET 2023 Application Form

  • The student may only apply once. Multiple entries will be automatically rejected.
  • The application form will be filled in via online mode only.
  • Incomplete forms or forms with wrong information will be rejected.
  • Scanned passport photo in JPG or JPEG format (size less than 100KB) and scanned signature in JPG or JPEG format (size less than 50KB).
  • If you don’t have an email address, use your parents’ email address.
  • All information will be sent through SMS or the email address provided by the applicant in the application form. Applicant can give the contact information of his/her parents.
  • Online payments usually need a valid debit or credit card, Net Banking, and UPI or Paytm platform for transactions.
  • The applicant can download and read the information Bulletin Brochure carefully to understand the requirements for filling out the form.

AP ADCET 2023 Application Fee

  • Application fee submission without late fee charges for General Category applicants – Rs.1000/-, Other Backward Class applicants (OBC) – Rs.750/- and SC / ST applicants- Rs.500/-
  • With the first late fee charges:1500/-
  • Application fee for with second late fee charges:2000/-

 AP ADCET 2023 Admit Card

The Admit Card for the event will be obtained by visiting the official website. It is recommended that you print it once it has been downloaded. The directions on the Admit Card should be meticulously explored, since the Admit Card may include extremely essential information that should not be overlooked. Along with the admission card, you will receive the following information:

  • Roll Number for the examination.
  • The name and location of the exam, timing, and test center, as well as the address, are mentioned on the admission card.
  • A photograph of the applicant is also printed on the admission card.
  • A copy of the passport-sized picture may be needed to be brought to the Examination Center.
  • In addition, information is given about the identification papers that must be brought to the Examination center. These may include an Aadhaar card, a driving license, a passport, a voter identification card, and so on. It is necessary to prepare the identity-related papers that have been mentioned above.
  • Instructions will also be given for any further documentation that may be needed.

Average Fee Structure for Courses under AP ADCET 

Tuition fees for different BFA and B.Design programs are shown in the table below, with the amount payable each year at the point of acceptance listed in numerals. SC/ST students whose parents’ yearly salary is below Rs.2,00,000/-, and Other Backward Class category applicants whose parents’ yearly income is below Rs.1,00,000/-, who possess an income declaration from the Government of Andhra Pradesh, are entitled to fee restitution from the govt. All those other applicants who are accepted through the normal admissions process are required to pay the required tuition cost as stated by the University.
