Eligibility Criteria
- Applicants must have finished their B. Pharmacy degree from a university or institution that has been approved by the Pharmacy Council of India in order to be eligible to pursue an M.Pharmacy course.
- Applicants must have earned a minimum of 50 percent grades or a similar cumulative grade point average (CGPA) in B.Pharma.
- There is no upper age limit for taking the examination.
- Applicants in their last year of a B Pharmacy degree program are also qualified to participate.
M.Pharm Admission Exam
The following is an overview of the admission procedures for all M.Pharm. Entrance Exams:
GPAT
The registration for the GPAT 2023 exam is the first step in the admissions process. After completing the registration procedure, candidates may proceed to fill out the GPAT application form, which is available online. Applicants’ application forms will be evaluated once they have been properly completed. The National Transportation Authority (NTA) will provide the GPAT admission card to candidates whose application process has been validated or authorized. The candidates who have been shortlisted will next be required to take the online admission exam. Following the completion of the online entrance exam, applicants who have passed the GPAT will be required to participate in the GPAT counseling procedure.
AP PGECET
The Andhra University administers the AP PGCET, which is a state-level admission test. The AP PGECET is a computer-based admission test that takes place online. Applicants from Andhra Pradesh are the only ones who may register for the AP PGCET Entrance Exam. Applicants who have cleared the AP PGECET entrance test would be the only ones who will be allowed to participate in the AP PGECET counseling procedure.
TANCET
It is a state-level admissions test that is held each year month of June, with the results being announced the following month. The TANCET entrance test is a 120-minute entrance exam that has 100 objective questions of varying difficulty. Successful applicants for the TANCET entrance exam will also be required to participate in the counseling procedure. TS PGECET
The Telangana State Postgraduate Engineering Common Admission Test (TS PGECET) is another state-level entrance test. TS PGECET is a 120-question online admission test that is administered on a computer. The admission test will be divided into two segments: one in the morning and one in the evening. Applicants who have passed the entrance test will subsequently be required to participate in the TS PGECET counseling procedure to determine their placement.
OJEE
The Orissa Joint Entrance Test (OJEE) is a state-level entrance examination that is administered and organized by the JEE Cell of Odisha. It is open to students from all across the state. The OJEE is a college admission exam that is administered both online as well as offline at testing centers. The admission test will consist of a total of 60 questions, with a total time limit of 60 minutes for each question. Candidates will be assigned seats based on their position on the merit list and the marks they received in the entrance test. Applicants who have successfully passed the OJEE entrance test will be required to participate in the OJEE counseling procedure. OJEE counseling will commence in the final week of the month after the announcement of the OJEE Result.
HPCET
The HPCET is a state-level admission exam that is administered by the Higher Education and Training Unit (Himachal Pradesh Technical University). HPCET is an admission test that is held every three years and consists of 150 multiple-choice questions. Applicants who have passed the HPCET entrance exam will next be required to participate in the HPCET counseling session.
NIPER JEE
The NIPER Joint Admission Test (NIPER JEE) is a national-level entrance exam that is administered by the National Institute of Physics and Engineering Research (NIPER). Following the NIPER JEE Entrance Examination, applicants who have passed the exam will be invited to participate in the NIPER JEE counseling procedure.
