Eligibility Criteria
- Only citizens of Indian nationality are eligible to apply for this exam.
- Those applicants who are not permanent residents of Jharkhand state are eligible too.
- Candidates must be at least 21 years of age to be eligible for the exam. For Jharkhand police services, the candidate’s age must be 20 years. For female applicants of the general category, the upper age limit is 38 years. The upper age limit is 40 years for SC/ ST candidates.
- To apply for this exam, applicants are required to complete their graduation in any discipline from a recognized educational university.
- Both male and female candidates can apply for JPSC Exam 2024.

Personal Assessment Round/ Interview
The personal assessment/ interview round will be 200 marks. The authorities of JPSC will conduct this round to check the candidate’s personality. On the basis of all three stages, they will prepare the merit list and release it on their official website. Salary Details
Deputy Collector, Police Sub Inspector, District Coordinator, Jail Superintendent, Assistant Municipal Commissioner, Jharkhand Education Service II, Junior Registrar, and Assistant Registrar will get a pay scale of Rs. 9300 to 34800 and grade pay of Rs. 5400/- while, Assistant Director/Social security, Planning Officer, and Probation Officer will get a pay scale of Rs. 9300 to 34800 and grade pay of Rs. 4800.
