Eligibility Criteria
Manager
- A degree of B.Tech/ BA/ CA/ MBA or some equivalent qualification from the recognized University or Institution is required.
- Aspirants must have some work experience as required.
- The age of the candidate must not be more than 63 Years.
Development Assistant
- Applicant should have cleared graduation in the relevant discipline with an aggregate of 50% marks.
- The minimum and maximum ages are 18 years and 35 years respectively.
- For the post of Assistant Manager (P & SS), applying candidate must be in an Office with a minimum of five years of experience in commissioned Service in the Air force or Navy, or Army and must be holding a valid Ex-Servicemen Identity Card. For this, the minimum age should be 25 years and the maximum should be 40 years.
Assistant Manager Grade A
- A bachelor’s degree in any discipline with at least 50% marks must be there.
- Chartered Account: A bachelor’s degree in any discipline and the membership of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) should be there.
- Animal Husbandry: He/ She should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Animal Husbandry/Veterinary Sciences with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Economics: Aspirants must hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Economics/ Economics with at least 50% marks in aggregate.
- Food processing/Food Technology: A bachelor’s degree in Food Technology/ Food Processing with at least 50% marks in aggregate must be there.
- Environmental Engineering: Candidate must hold a degree of graduation in Climate change adaption/ Climate change/ Environmental Engineering/ Environmental Science with a minimum of 50% marks.
- Forestry: A bachelor’s degree in Forestry with at least 50% marks should be there.
- Minor Irrigation: A Bachelor’s Degree in Applied Hydrology or Hydrology/ Geology/ Applied Geology with Hydrogeology/ Water Supply & sanitation/ Irrigation as one of the compulsory subjects with at least 50% marks.
- Land Development and Agriculture: A graduation degree in Agriculture / Agriculture (Soil Science/Agronomy) with an aggregate of 50% marks.
- Social Work: A graduation of degree in Forestry with at least 50% marks is required.
- The minimum and maximum age limit to apply is 21 years and 30 years respectively. For SC, ST categories, the age relaxation is 5 years and 3 years for the OBC category. Ex-servicemen will also get a relaxation of 3 years. Lastly, 10 years of relaxation are there for PWD (UR) category applications, 13 years for PWD (OBC), and 15 years for PWD (SC and ST) category candidates.
Group B Recruitment
- Any candidate who holds a bachelor’s or master’s degree in any stream is eligible.
- The minimum and maximum age limits are 21 years and 45 years respectively.
- For selection to Group B Recruitment, the candidate has to clear the personal interview round.
Selection Process and Salary Details
For Development Assistant Recruitment:
- The candidate has to qualify for the three rounds that mainly include Preliminary Examination, and Mains Examination, which is followed by the Interview.
- The salary of a Development Assistant lies between INR 13, 150/- to INR 34, 990/- monthly.
- Assistant Manager (P & SS): INR 28, 150/- to INR 55, 600/- per month.
Post of Manager:
- The candidate has to qualify for the personal interview round to get selected for the manager post.
Post of Assistant Manager (Grade A):
- Aspirants are required to clear three stages i.e. the Prelims Examination, Main Examination, and lastly Interview round.
- They get a grade pay scale of Rs. 28,150/- monthly.
