Eligibility Criteria
Education Qualification:
Food Safety Officer (FSO): Candidates having Degree in Food Technology or Dairy Technology or Oil Technology or Bio-Technology or Veterinary Sciences or Agricultural Science or Microbiology or Bio-Chemistry or Masters Degree in Chemistry BDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ MBBS/ BSMS/ BUMS from a recognized University, are eligible.
Age Limit:
The age of the applying candidates should be 18-40 years as of 24th September 2024.

Salary
The selected aspirants in TPSC will avail a basic pay according to PB-3 (INR 10,230-34,800/-) with a Grade Pay of Rs. 4800/- pay Matrix level-13. They will receive a training for 2 years and those who successfully pass the training exam, will be posted as officers in the concerned department. After 4 years of service period, an officer in TPSC Administrative Services will be promoted. A Selection Committee will decide the selection of officers to Selection Grade and Senior Selection Grade, however the officer must have completed 10 years of service in order to be eligible.
Selection Process
The Selection Process will consist mainly two stages viz. (1) Preliminary Examination having 200 queries for 200 marks and (2) Mains Examination having 8 papers for 800 marks. After that qualifying candidates of both Prelims and Mains, will be invited to participate in Interview/ Personality test that carries 15 marks. They will be called to participate in interview as per the merit list prepared from the entrance examination in the ratio of 1:5 for each category.
Both the stages are mandatory to clear for the candidates so that they can appear for the last round i.e. interview round. Candidates found qualified in the Written examination will be invited to appear in the Personally Test/ Interview Round. In the list of recommendations, the merit rank of the candidates attaining equal marks will be concluded according to their seniority of age.
Results
After the completion of each stage in TPSC Recruitment 2024 examination, the commission will announce the results online on the official website, i.e. www.tpsc.tripura.gov.in. Candidates can obtain their outcome by providing login credentials that were generated during the time of registration.
