Vardhman Mahaveer Open University, Kota conducts an admission procedure through which admission to different undergraduate and graduate programs is granted. The institution will administer an entrance exam to candidates seeking admission to MBA, B.Ed., and Ph.D. programs. VMOU Application Form
Applicants should read the following information about the VMOU 2023 Registration Form:
- The VMOU registration form is now available in both online and offline formats.
- It is accessible at VMOU regional centers for offline mode.
- The application period for B.Ed courses began on the 1st week of March 2023, and the application period for MBA (phase 2) courses began on the 3rd week of March 2023.
- The application form for all courses will be the same.
- Applicants must also provide a valid mobile number and email address during registration, as a user ID and password will be sent to them.
- Applicants should additionally submit a passport-size picture and signature in the manner specified.
- Finally, applicants must take a copy of their completed application form for future reference.
Application Fee
- The application fee for the VMOU can be paid online.
- Credit cards, debit cards, net banking, and other online payment methods are available.
- Applicants are required to pay Rs.1000/- as an application fee.
VMOU Eligibility Criteria
Before applying for VMOU 2023, candidates should review the following qualifying requirements:
- Nationality: Both Indian and foreign nationals will be eligible to apply for the VMOU.
- Requirements: Applicants for UG must have completed class 12th or equivalent from a recognized board or institution. Applicants for the PG program must have a bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Percentage: For all UG and PG courses, applicants must get a minimum of 50% in the qualifying test.
- Exemption: ST/ SC/ OBC/Widow/PwD/Divorce female applicants from Rajasthan will be granted a 5% relaxation.
- Appearing: VMOU will be available to applicants who are taking the qualifying test.

For the B.Ed. Program:
- Exam Mode: It’ll be conducted in an offline format.
- Time limit: Applicants will have three hours to complete the exam.
- Exam language: The question paper will be written in both English and Hindi.
- Question Type: The question paper will include multiple-choice questions (MCQ).
- Marking system: Each right answer will get three marks.
- Negative marking: one mark is deducted if the answer is wrong.

VMOU 2023: Syllabus
The VMOU 2023 Syllabus will cover two courses: B.Ed. and MBA. The reading comprehension, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and numerical ability portions of the MBA course curriculum will be split into four parts.
Language proficiency in English and Hindi, General awareness, mental ability, and teacher aptitude will be split into five parts for B.Ed. courses.
VMOU 2023: Admit Card
The VMOU Admit Card is now accessible on the internet in an online format. To get an admission card, applicants must check-in using their login credentials. It contains all pertinent information, such as the applicant’s name, roll number, exam date, time, location, and directions.
All applicants who have applied must bring their admission cards to the test center. Without an admission card and a valid photo ID, no applicant will be permitted to appear for the test.
VMOU Admission 2023: Result
Within 15 days of the exam, candidates are able to check their VMOU results. To download the results, candidates will need to log in with their login credentials. On the basis of the results, a separate merit list will be created. For both courses, the authority will release the results on different dates.
VMOU Admission Counselling
Offline VMOU counseling will be provided for both MBA and B.Ed. courses. Applicants would be short-listed for other courses based on their performance in the qualifying exam. They must appear separately for counseling on the days and times specified.
It is mandatory to bring original and photocopied documents to the counseling session for verification and submission. Applicants who are shortlisted will receive a separate category-specific roll number from the university.
