Vardhman Mahaveer Open University shortened as VMOU is an open university situated in Kota, Rajasthan, India. The University was established on 23 July 1987, and at the beginning it was known as Kota Open University. VMOU specifically focuses on commerce, humanities, library science and informatics. It has study centres in Ajmer, New Delhi, Bharatpur, Udaipur, Kota, Jodhpur, Bikaner, Jaipur and several “study centres” in cities. Ratan Lal Godara was appointed as vice chancellor of this University in the year 2019. Students of Vardhman Mahaveer Open University Kota will be able to view and download VMOU Assignment for both July and January Admission Session.
