Eligibility Requirements
It is very important to satisfy all the eligibility criteria which are given below in order to be eligible for admission to Rajasthan Polytechnic.
For Engineering Diploma courses:
- Age Criteria: There is no age limit set by the officials of Rajasthan Polytechnic to apply.
- Qualifying Exam: Those candidates who have cleared class 10th or equivalent from a recognized educational board can also apply.
- Subjects: Science & Mathematics subjects are mandatory in the previous qualifying exam.
- Minimum Marks: Candidates will have to score at least an aggregate of 35% marks.
- Other board examinations will be valid only for Ajmer, Rajasthan, Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) board, and Kendriya board.
For Non-Engineering Diploma Courses:
- Age Limit: There will be no age limit to apply for the non-engineering polytechnic diploma course in Rajasthan state.
- Qualifying Exam: Those candidates who have passed the 10th or equivalent examination from any recognized board are eligible.
- Minimum Marks: 35% marks are necessary for qualify exam.
For Engineering Lateral Entry Course:
- Age Limit: There are no age criteria to fill the form.
- Qualifying Exam: Applicant should have done Diploma Engineering, 12th Science technical/ vocational, 10 (+2 year ITI) with applicable specialization or 12th PCM from CBSE/ RBSE Delhi or Equivalent.
- Subjects: Students must have studied Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics subjects in class 12th.
Rajasthan Polytechnic Merit List 2023
The admission process for Rajasthan Polytechnic is organized under the power of Rajasthan. After the announcement of the result, the applicants can take part in the counseling session.
